Quality of life among patients with chronic heart failure in Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam

Background: This study aimed to assess the quality of life patients with chronic heart failure (HF) improve their treatment and care. Methods: was conducted evaluate 89 suffering from assessed using Minnesota Living Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ). Results: Of HF patients, 53.9% female 46.1% male. The mean age 62.28±13.26 years old, which 64% 60 old older. time that lived 8.49±4.59 years. overall score high at 67.19±13.31 points. Regarding personal characteristics, scores significantly higher in women vs men, widowed/divorced being married living alone family detailed (67.52±11.80 66.80±15.02; p=0.032), (67.58±11.62 65.27±20.11; p=0.000), (73.3±14.95 66.50±13.04; p=0.014), respectively. associated features, longer failure, more severity Inventory-II, lower levels (all p-values 0.000).
